+ -1 moreI was looking at my bank statement and they had charged me $25.00 for a month's service. I cancelled their service about a year and a half ago and have not owned a computer since then. I called to speak to a supervisor and the lady put me on hold for about 15 minutes. She was very apologetic and said they would refund me.
Description of Work: I had internet service with them over a year and half ago.
