I've tried a bunch of different organizers over the years, and always felt ripped off and discouraged- either because they charged so much, or did so little. But with Aurore, we always got more done in our sessions than I'd expected, and somehow daunting projects seemed approachable. She is to the point and fun to work with.
Description of Work: - Got to the bottom of random piles of paper (papers got filed or purged, research /calls/ emails to resolve issues). - Consolidated email accounts. Updated & tracked down all our frequent flyer accounts. - Organized entire attic into dedicated areas (to be able to find things easier). - Purged clothes, shoes, kid's toys. Posted items on eBay. Brought items to Goodwill. - Improved furniture layouts: complete redo of kid's room & small but impactful tweaks throughout the house.

I love Aurore. She made my life bearable this year. She was a huge help organizing both inside and outside (tool/gardening shed). She is very easy-going, down-to-earth, non-judgmental, and has excellent ideas for how to prioritize, organize, and help the client figure out what would be work best. There was no pressure to do things a certain way, but she presented her own ideas in a non-threatening manner and deferred to my opinions and explanations of why something wouldn't work for me. I was never made to feel defensive about my situation. She is kind and supportive, very flexible as to what to work on during any given session, and will work within the client's budget. I am hoping to use her on a regular ongoing basis once a month to keep me on the straight and narrow. I recommend her highly and can't say enough good things about my experience. She came once a week for several months and I'm very happy overall. In addition to the great work experience, she is a really nice person, and we had a lot of fun hanging out after the work was finished!
Description of Work: Aurore helped me organize my office, paperwork, closets, kitchen, tool shed, rearrange and decorate my guest bedrooms, the master bath, etc. She helped me clean the office area rug with the rented Rug Doctor the day I finally decided to do it. She helped me outside with my nursery plants. She helped me fold my clothes when they came out of the dryer. She even helped me - without flinching - in my basement where my 25 cats live.
