Neat Space Neat Mind

Neat Space Neat Mind is the only company I will use go forward for my organization and design needs. From start to finish working with Danielle was such a great experience. She was friendly but professional, communication was open, thorough and done in a timely manner. And the execution was seamless. She was able to take my family room, which I simply wanted organized without toys everywhere, and turned it into a beautiful, functional space to entertain guests. Her method of design and organization is something we can easily maintain and that's really important as a working mom. Danielle exceeded my expectations with the family room and she even followed up to make sure we were satisfied. I plan to have her back very soon to work on my living room and foyer. I’m so grateful for Danielle and her creative and impressive skills troubleshooting the previously depressing and stale landscape of our home. We have busy kids and full time jobs and we often “clean” by moving things from one pile to another. I heard about Danielle from a friend and I’m so happy I called her. At first it was just a consultation, I just wanted to see what her ideas might be. We were intrigued by them so we decided to start small—one room—and just see how it went. It surprisingly didn’t take long to fully let go and simply trust her judgement and the process. I’m so happy and relieved I did because she’s LEGIT. Our home feels amazing now — lighter and airier and more welcoming. She had creative ideas for using and displaying things we had been storing for years for who-knows-what purpose, thus freeing up limited storage space and making our home more interesting in the process, and she helped us (ahem, me) let go of things it turned out we didn’t need and, oddly, in hindsight, didn’t even like all that much. We never realized our rooms and our belongings had so much potential. She even suggested a whole room swap that, now that we’ve lived in it for a few weeks, we’re not sure how it never occurred to us to do it before because it just feels like it was meant to be like this the whole time. It’s like a breath of fresh air has swept through our home. Danielle has successfully transformed the rooms we spend the most time in already and we’re definitely bringing her in for the rest. I’ve gotten so many compliments already.

Danielle was extremely helpful in the process of editing down my 1 bedroom apartment and helping me get organized before I moved to a studio apartment. She helped me assess each and every item I own to determine its necessity, without judgement. She asked helpful questions throughout to help me make decisions. And even took the stuff I wanted to give away to Salvation Army for me. She advised on how best to post pictures of the furniture I wanted to sell and also helped me think through the packing process. She provided an itemized packing list to make sure I was prepared for moving day and make the unpacking process a seamless one. Danielle is a joy to work with and a true organization expert. The pricing is very reasonable and I would use her services again.

We have wanted to organize our apartment forever. We live in a small apartment in Chelsea New York City. Both me and my husband have accumulated so many clothes and stuff over the past 10 years. We always say we wish we had more space. Then we heard about Danielle and she saw what we thought was a small space as an organizing dream to give us tons of space. One of the most important things she does is go through your home and asks you what do you wish would be better about this. For instance, we have tons of clothes we love (we don’t want to get rid of) and we said we would love more closet space. Her solution was amazing. She created shelves and organizing baskets so that everything will be packed neatly and we got so much more space. Also, our bathroom is really small and we said ideally we would love to have a nice spa bathroom with lots of shelving. She looked up these amazing ladder storage unit that leans against the wall that could hold candles, and all our skin care needs. Basically, she took the tiniest New York City apartment and made it feel big with lots of room for more clothes and stuff. The best part is she’s super patient, very reliable, and works on what you want and what your goals are to obtain a Happier space. She was the best you should absolutely hire her.

I hired Danielle to help organize my small NYC apartment. My closets were filled with tons of clothes and shoes, and my bathroom was a mess. Then I hired Danielle, and she was so calm and patient with me while sorting through my belongings, finding solutions to my issues with whatever space was in the apartment, and most importantly, creating easy methods of maintaining her organizational plan. When I planned to work with Danielle on my closet clean out, I had no idea what was in store. Danielle not only cleaned out my closet, but we ended up organizing my entire apartment and it totally changed my outlook on the space. While I was a bit nervous about going through all of my stuff, Danielle's positive and judgment-free attitude put me right at ease. She never pressured me to get rid of things I wasn't ready to and we found a way to make it all work. We had a lot of laughs going through my closet but not once did I feel judged. She worked so quickly and efficiently to get everything done. What would have taken more weeks--or probably months--she was able to get done in a matter of days. Danielle was able to see my apartment in ways I never had--helping to maximize the space. She was so great about sticking to my budget and finding affordable things that still look really chic! I truly feel like I have a brand new apartment! Now that all of my things have a home, tidying up is so much easier and I love to have people over. She even gave me ideas for how to decorate! Now that everything is organized, we will be working on the decor. I can't recommend Danielle enough. I've recommended her to all my friends and will definitely be working with her for years to come.
