Nationwide masons construction

Horrible service and management. Below is a copy of the email sent to Momentum Solar since my contract was with them, Nationwide mason construction is their subcontractor. 1. The electronic fence system has been damaged by Nationwide Mason Construction, Inc. Their supervisor acknowledged it and said I have to deal with Momentum since they are a subcontractor. See the videos in the link. 2. Our attic is disgustingly filthy with dust and debris. As well are the 2 children’s bedrooms and hallway which are below that particular section of the roof. We are hereby asking for a professional cleaning. Pictures in link. 3. Our outdoor living area was dirtied by Nationwide Mason Construction, Inc. employees when they sat down to have lunch and breaks. As you can see in pictures from June 28th, a week ago, they were not in dirty condition. See pictures in link. 4. Our side door awning was not protected and in now covered with dirt. See picture in link. 5. The vent pipe on the main roof was not protected. I addressed my concerns with the supervisor from Nationwide Mason Construction, Inc. He said he’s never done it and never had an issue. As an experienced contractor and logical human being, debris can and I’m sure fell into it. See the linked pictures showing the vent, then a few minutes later it was covered with debris. 6. The solar panel for our ring outdoor camera was broken will fallen debris and cannot be fixed. See the picture in the link. 7. Our dryer vent was knocked off and left on the grass and not reinstalled. 8. A box of nails fell off of the garage roof and nails fell into the pool, a woman who works for the company picked up the nails from the steps of the roof, but could not access the nails within the pool. This is a cause for concern as these nails are about 3” long and cause a dangerous situation. I will have to have the pool professionally vacuumed. 9. The garage roof was not demolished and new plywood was not installed except for one section at the right side bottom with a measurement of about 20” x 16’ (approximately 22sf) I am hereby requesting a credit on my invoice for the cost of the Demolition, Rubbish Removal & Disposal and Installation of new plywood of the rest of the garage roof.
