+ -1 moreHaving the service was good, getting the service appointment was bad. The price is good, the service is good. The problem I have with contractors is that they just don't call you back to set up service.

+ -1 moreTHIS COMPANY IS BASICALLY VERY GOOD. I HAD ONE PROBLEM WITH THE SON, WHO GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE FOR AN EXTRA JOB ON THE ROOF, BUT THEN HE CHANGED THE PRICE. OTHER THAN THAT, EVERYTHING WENT PRETTY WELL.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED THE WHOLE ROOF.
