great company...came when they were supposed to, did an amazing cleaning job, left a check list of what had been done, and followed up with a phone call. I am using them every other week now and i love the service....

When we started using MyClean we were looking for a cleaner that was punctual, consistent, and friendly. On all scores they have delivered. They have been on time, do a nice job, and are always professional. As an aside, the customer service is better than any I've received from prior cleaners I've used in my 10 years in the city. We actually had more than one MyClean cleaner come to our apartment over the last three months but they have all done an exceptional job -- based on their website and my conversation with the customer service rep, they do they're absolute best to keep the cleaner consistent. Still they all come prepared with their checklist and the specific requests I entered on the website. After my last clean, they left travel hand sanitazer for us too. Nice touch. Price wise they are a bit more expensive than some other cleaners I've used in the past. But their customer service, consistency, insured and bonded cleaners and the fact that I can schedule and pay with with a creidt card online make MyClean worth the price of admission in my view.

My first impression was the person on the phone, who was courteous, helpful, and acomodating. I also found their website helpful and efficient when I needed to change the appointment date.

She came and worked the day. She did everything I told her and was very nice. I gave her an average because that was more or less how she worked. She did not move furniture when she vacuumed unless I specifically asked. Same with vacuuming furniture cushions. She was fine without really doing a great job.

The cleaner was a very nice young man who arrived an hour late because he said he couldn't find my address. He came in from Brooklyn so I understood that it was a long trip but I live in a numbered building on a numbered street so I find it hard to understand how he could get lost. Once he got to work he worked very hard but without a lot of skill or direction. He was willing but untrained and I never saw that 50-point checklist MyClean promises. In any area that just needed scrubbing he was terrific. But he also left puddles of water on my laminate kitchen floor that he didn't mop up until I asked him to. When the floor dried the top layer of laminate buckled in two places. I asked him not to get water on the bathroom laminate floor and he did a good job in there. After he left I realized he had not cleaned inside the cabinets or the microwave, which I would have thought would be part of a deep cleaning and I was disappointed in that. In short, the cleaner was a very hard worker who seemed to have little training in how to clean. If MyClean is going to offer a deep clean service then they should be sure their cleaners know what they're doing. Because they have good customer service and workers who want to do a good job, I would probably hire them again. But I would make sure to supervise very closely and check everything before they left.

The two women that came to my house were very respectful and very through. I have already scheduled my second clearning with MyClean. Erin at the front dest who set up all the appt is spectacle with great customer service

They are good. Have had several different cleaners. all adequate, a couple are excellent. No real issues most times. Once had a cleaner miss the scheduled time slot, but quickly resolved.

They were supposed to do a deep clean and were there for seven hours. All along my hallway, baseboards, window sills, and windows all still had dust on them after the work was completed. The light switches were even still dirty. When I called them to complain, there was no answer and I could not make a valid complaint to anyone. The cleaning was supposed to be a deep Spring cleaning and I paid extra for it. Update 1/25/13 They did an overall good job. My bathroom shower, stalls, mirrors and towel rack still had a residue that was quite noticable after they cleaned. My secretary nightstand and lamp base in my bedroom were not dusted or cleaned at at all and I still had to sweep up debris left in my living room. They also left at 6:30 when they were slotted to stay until 7. However, they were very nice and they had a lot of work to do, I have a young child and the apartment is old. I did let the owner of the company know these details but he never responded back to me.

I came home to a place that was neat and spotless and that smelled fresh and terrific. As a result, I have signed up for the "keep clean" recurring appointment every two weeks. I will pay $101 with tax--and I think it will be well worth the money.

I purchased a clean from MyClean.com and they were incredibly professional. I was able to make my appointment online without any hassle, and a cleaner showed up the next day right on time. She was efficient and thorough, cleaning the entirety of my apartment in less time than I expected. She was also very friendly and willing to work from my list of specific items that I wanted cleaned. Additionally, she also brought her own checklist that detailed a variety of services I would not have necessarily thought of. Overall, I am impressed with the quality of the work because it was less expensive than other companies I have tried while offering a better service. I will definitely use MyClean.com again and I will also recommend them to my friends.

The gentleman who came to clean was on time and worked for over 41/2 hours non-stop...he converted an entire mess to a clean spotless apt. they are courteous on the phone and the people who work for them are expert in cleaning...thank you Angie's List and thank you My Clean

They’ve done good work for us. The individual that I deal with is polite and accommodating.

They were horrible. The girl who came was very young, and there was a language barrier between us. She was a nice girl, but she was really inexperienced. My home didn’t need much work. I think she did a good job cleaning my bathroom, but she really skipped over the kitchen and tasks like dusting. Basically, her work fell short in a lot of areas. She was in my home was in my home for five hours, and I really don’t understand what she did during that time. I didn’t get my money’s worth.

I didn’t like their service. The woman they sent wasn’t thorough, and some of things she did were a bit strange. I emailed the management about my concerns, and requested a different employee. I know my email was read, but the same employee was sent for my next appointment and I experienced the same issues. I decided to stop working with them.

The crew who arrive for my third appointment wasn’t thorough. I basically had to clean up after them. Also, the price charged for my third appointment was much higher than what I had anticipated. We ended up negotiating a lower cost because I was so surprised.

I found them on Angie's List. They did a great job. They just paid attention to the things I asked them to. They really did everything I expected and everything I asked.

They would not answer my call when I tried to ask whether they would give me the Angie's List discount price so the company was not responsive. The booking system was great but the quality of service was awful. It was supposed to be more than a regular house clean. I wanted a deep clean and told them what I wanted done before they started. They took 10 minutes on the living room. We went out while she was doing it and came back to find it wasn't a very thorough clean. I will not use them again in the future.

She arrived on time, worked 3 1/2 hours without a break. I was impressed and hope she can work for me on a regular basis. No criticisms.

It's a great service that I just found. It was incredible so I was pretty pleased. They brought the chemicals so it was a really good service. The nice thing was that I was able to schedule everything online so I really liked the automation features that they had. I was able to log into my account and I got reward points so I am earning free cleans every time they come to my apartment, which is great. They had this cool service which I hadn't seen before which is a refer a friend feature. I can also refer my friends to them electronically. I liked it because they gave me an instant quote online when I went to the website, which was also pretty cool. With a lot of the other services in New York, I have to call someone and they haggle with me over the phone and it takes a while for them to get back to me. This was just one click and easy to use. The price was actually cheaper than another service I used and I got a better clean. The price was really good. I had a great cleaner and she did a great job. They responded very quickly online.

I like that it's easy to do things online. They're responsive to emails and they have surveys so you can rate your cleaning people. If you don't like someone, you can change it. Their workers are extremely punctual. It's not the cheapest one I found, but it's worth it.

The person that was sent was ready as soon as she came through the door. One of the first things she did was check the windows and blinds since that was one of the things I specifically asked to be done in addition to the regular cleaning. Since I have a small studio apartment - I left the clenaing person alone for hours and checked in every now and again. She was working at all times. As I mentioned previously - I was very pleased overall.

There are some areas that I should have emphasized to clean more than others, but the lady did a fairly good job.

My first experience with MyClean wasn't excellent, and I called the office to discuss with them. I wanted to make sure my expectations weren't out of bounds at the same time I got the service I thought I had expecting. It's clear to me that the staff there really cares about the customer and they sent someone out the next day that was right on target. Nothing is ever perfect, but this provider was pretty close. I'm sold, going to have them in monthly from here on out.
