Description of Work: I had a great experience at first. I told MyClean I was VERY fussy and to send their best. They did. She worked with me for almost a year but then left MyClean. I told them to send someone just as good. Well, they had NOT been paying attention, and they sent me a very poor replacement. I terminated my subscription to them. In addition, while the cleaner they first sent was excellent, communication with MyClean itself was frustrating; they were also quite unreasonable in sending cleaners all over town (it's a big town) with little time for transportation - this meant they had to cut short cleaning time on one or both ends. Although MyClean told me that there was no time limit for work, they gave a certain time to their workers - so it was a different story to the client. Although I miss my first cleaner, I don't regret canceling my subscription to MyClean. Should I want to hire a cleaner again, and I may, I won't go to them first. If I do, I would be very firm that they'd better send someone outstanding, not someone who likes to sit and chat and ask questions, some of which are personal. They would also, without telling me, send a "trainee" in addition to the regular cleaner. These trainees also liked to chat and ask questions such as "why did you put that there?" - and some personal questions as well. MyClean needs to get on the ball because their system is actually pretty good.

Their cleaners did a good job cleaning the bathrooms but had to be told to clean inside drawers though these were move-in/move-out cleans. One of the apts is large and the cleaner couldn't finish and left without sweeping and cleaning the floors. The company promised a refund for this.

They Dust all my surfaces and vacuum/ mop my hard wood floors and even bring the cleaning supplies. The best thing is that I did all the scheduling and payment online. It’s so easy and effortless compared to how I used to go about getting my apartment cleaned.
