Description of Work: Locksmiths made locks on recently renovated church doors workable. Contractors put the locks on but not so they worked well. Have used this company subsequently to have keys made, bought new padlock. Will use them again if needed.

Description of Work: They opened a combination push-button lock on my apartment door, and helped me change the combination. Other locksmiths told me to, "call the manufacturer." They came the same day as my call, and one week later sent me (unsolicited!) a manual and access key and tool for this lock. I am impressed!

+ -1 moreThey were really nice. When they first put in the lock it wasn't closing properly. They went and made sure it was easy to open and close. They were actually a little bit early. They had no problem waiting for me when I had to run an errand for five minutes.

+ -1 moreTHEY ARE RELIABLE. THEY'RE PRETTY HONEST, AND I CAN TELL YOU ONE THING, IN THE CITY, THERE ARE TWO MARKETS FOR LOCKSMITHS. I JUST KNOW THAT THEY ARE PRETTY HONEST IN THEIR PRICES AND THEIR PRICES COULD HAVE BEEN MUCH HIGHER. THERE ARE LOCKSMITHS IN THE CITY THAT CHARGE THROUGH THE NOSE AND THESE GUYS WERE PRETTY HONEST. THEY WERE POLITE, PROMPT AND THEY WERE ABLE TO OPEN MY DOOR EFFICIENTLY. THEY SHOWED UP.
