+ -1 moreMickael arrives weekly to maintain the terrace. He calls to let me know when he will be arriving to work. He is very trustworthy. Sometimes I would see him every visit and sometimes not. Needless to say, the terrace is always spotless and beautiful when he finishes. Our black lab always enjoys being by Mickael's side when he is working!
Description of Work: Mickael has been our terrace landscape gardener here in New York City for over a year now. He maintains the terrace garden which includes seasonal planting, hard scape repairs, and weekly cleaning. He cleans debris from planter boxes, cleans the terrace and under the planter boxes, fertilizes the plants as needed, maintains adequate watering of the plants, prunes and shapes the plants, repairs of planter boxes such as painting and patching area's, replaces terrace tiles if cracked, and does all general repairs and cleaning.
