Reported an issue with the ice maker in my freeze to Eric’s team. They were extremely responsive and coordinated time with me to come visit and diagnose the issue. They arrived and investigated the issue quickly - the fridge just needed to be restarted to reset the ice maker mechanism. They waited to make sure the unit worked after fixing and we agreed on a reasonable price for the service. Highly recommend working with him!!

I had an amazing experience with Mendy Appliances! My dryer stopped working and kept leaving my clothes wet. Eric and Mendy came to my house and went above and beyond to help. They quickly identified the issue, fixing the drain and thoroughly cleaning out my dryer to get it running smoothly again. They were efficient, professional, and really knew what they were doing. I’ll definitely be calling them again if I need any more appliance repairs.
