Description of Work: I paid for the service up front, then I called for an appointment. They said they did not cover my area. |Angies List does not want to return my money, however wants me to use some other service.

Description of Work: Due to a scheduling issue on the providers part, our appointment was cancelled to be rescheduled at a latter date. Our 2nd appoint attempt did not work out, so I was to call him back to reschedule. So far I have not had the opportunity to call him. The provider was very prompt and courteous for our initial appointment. I was a little surprised that he did not try to contact me again to reschedule.

Description of Work: The roof inspection was done on my garage and the quote was for $3800. Way out of line for a one car garage! I was told the price could drop to $3000 if I did the roof the next day! Took a pass on this overpriced roofer.

Description of Work: They checked the roof. The chimney needed some work ,so they did the repair work to prevent a roof leak in the future.

Description of Work: he came over did an estmate, gave him 3,500.00 to do the roof,and never came, took him to court after one year and he claimed that i was to pay for storage for the roofing supply,because he could not make the delivery, that i wasnt home, Angie my drive is 20x 100 i told just drop it of. do not recommend him he also goes under false name.

Description of Work: The boss sent two underlings (barely spoke English) to do the leaky plexiglass roof repair. After the first rain, no leak. But after the next rain---a hard rain--- it leaks just as before. So now I must call them back to do it better!)

Description of Work: We played tag messages and nothing happened. Service was not done. I sent several messages and nothing happened. No calls or response after 2nd message contact.

Description of Work: placed clamps on guttering to add further support onto the building. Guttering was not fastened properly by original contractor.

Description of Work: We knew our roof needed repair but we didn't realize how much. They took a thorough look and told us what needed to be done and what our options were and what the ramifications could be. We decided to go with a new roof--removing the four layers of roofing already on and installing a new one. They also put new wood where squirrels had made holes. The gutters which had been damaged in several storms were also replaced. |The day after we signed the contract, they began the job which we thought would take at least a week. They were basically finished in three days and each day cleaned up before they left. All debris was bagged up and carted away. Four layers of roofing made a big mess! They were very efficient and the workers knew exactly what to do. Materials were here when they were ready for them. As soon as the roof was completed, the gutter crew showed up. When the gutters were finished the cleanup crew got to work and power hosed the house to remove any traces of dust or debris. The neighbors were astonished at the quality of their work and their efficiency. Everyone was friendly and knew what they were doing. We would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: They survey my flat roof and did some patching where the flashing was cracking, just what they offered, and I was please with their service.
