+ -1 moreWe were at the end of our rope on our problem. We had Time Warner Cable in twice without success. Matt ran some tests and was able to trace to a mis-cabling to the router. He then tested all the devices in the house before declaring the issue resolved.
Description of Work: Matt has provided many services for us on our home/small business network PCs and Macs as well as develop our web site. On his last visit he diagnosed problems we had with our internet and traced it to the router. Matt's strength is his strong knowledge of many aspects of computer technology.
