Very well. Zvi was VERY responsive and quick to reply from their office. Price was very reasonable for the high level of service. Really suggest making sure you are honest with them about a) the amount of items you have and b) the amount of packing you'll do yourself. They charge by the hour- so it's in your best interest to figure out for your ownself/budget how much they'll have to do. We did about 90% of our own packing, but we left wrapping mirrors and some lamps to them. They were efficient on both ends and I would most certainly use them again.

Awful customer service. Did not tell us when they would be moving until the day before (and only after we constantly emailed them). Stated that they would come from 3-5 p.m on a 7-8 hour move, basically requiring us to stay up until 1 a.m, despite the fact that we specifically instructed we needed to move as earliest as possible. They later blamed us for not telling them we needed to move in the morning. Ended up using another moving company for half of the project (because they were holding half of our furniture in storage). Really the worst experience I've ever had with any moving company.

This was the 2nd time we used Manor - they were fast, but safe. They require EVERYTHING to be boxed - which we knew ahead of time - so we boxed 95% of our stuff before they arrived. We were once again very satisfied - 2 items were slightly damaged, but overall, everything else was in the same condition after the move as it was before the move. We had also recommended Manor to another family we know, and they were also satisfied with their work. I'm giving them a B on punctuality because they did show up 1 1/2 hours late - however, they did not charge us for that, and they had gotten lost due to being given an incorrect address from their dispatcher.
