They cleaned up after themselves, arrived on time, and did the work as promised. They did a great job, and I would highly recommend them.

In setting up the appointment, Manhattan locksmith was very accommodating. I had to cancel on them at the last minute and they kindly rescheduled. The guy showed up on time, seemed very knowledgable, professional. I knew going in that the locks were going to be tough to fix and that finding/ordering new ones would be difficult. The locksmith spent a good chunk of the day working on it. Tried various distributors looking for a replacement lock. Unfortunately, he was never able to fix my lock. Kind of disappointing, but it was not for lack of effort. I paid him $200ish for his time (most of the day). I would definitely recommend this company.

Extremely well. Quickly diagnosed then repaired the problem. Did me the favor of making the front door latch more consistently without extra charge. Also offered good advice for improving security in future.

Went into store. told it might take 45 minutes. I waited in store because store is not at my home location. Service provided within 15 minutes and I was out the door. Good experience.

I had an estimate from a local locksmith that was very expensive. I saw Manhattan Locksmiths on Angies List and phoned. I went to the uptown location and met Efram. Because my apartment wasn't in the neighborhood, he offered to come by after he closed the shop. He showed up on time and not only installed the lock I purchased, he installed a door knob we had intended to install ourselves on our bathroom door at no charge. He was very professional and did a great job.

I am a very happy customer. I called the main number yesterday, and they gave me Irving's number to call: 212-877-7787. Irving came promptly and did the top lock and tried earnestly to fix the bottom lock without having to replace the whole thing. I was short on time so had to ask him to come back today. He came when he said he would come, was again very professional and did the job well and efficiently and was altogether a pleasure to work with! I will definitely recommend him and Manhattan Locksmiths to my friends/neighbors and will call on them again if we have any need in the future.

Apartment front door bolt lock was getting progressively more difficult to open. Called these guys at noon on a Sunday. Representative came and went, having fixed the problem, by 12:45. Pricey but worth it, as if I had delayed in order to avoid the emergency surcharge, I could have been locked out tomorrow.
