+ -1 moreTHIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE. THEY QUOTED ME A PRICE OVER THE PHONE AND THEN TRIED TO CHARGE ME MORE AFTER THEY CHANGED MY LOCK. MY LOCK IS STILL NOT RIGHT. IT IS SLIPPING AND FALLING OFF.
Description of Work: THEY CAME AND CHANGED THE LOCK ON MY APARTMENT DOOR.

+ -1 moreI HAVE USED THIS COMPANY SEVERAL TIMES AND HAVE BEEN HAPPY WITH THEIR RESULTS. I FEEL THE OWNER IS A VERY NICE MAN. HE IS POLITE AND PERSONABLE. I FEEL THAT I CAN RELY ON THEM. I AM ABLE TO CHOOSE THE HARDWARE I WANT AT HIS STORE TOO.
