I had ONLY the dining room of my apartment refinished. The hardwood flooring was VERY old and the polyurethane was completely scratched away in some places, so badly that in a few araes the wood was starting to splinter apart and cause splinters on our feet if we weren't careful. The workers arrived on time, worked hard and did a great job and the floor now looks great. When we are ready to refinish additional rooms in our apartment we will definitely hire them again.

They were fantastic. Anthony was quick to respond and was able to start the next day. The team showed up on time, explained the entire process and finished in two days. In addition to delivering a wonderfully refinished white oak floor, minor imperfections were beautifully repaired. I am very very very pleased and would recommend to anyone with the same needs.

We had our parquet floors sanded, stained and finished and a new wood floor installed in the kitchen. Anthony was very responsive and helpful to get the necessary paperwork done with the building. Cesar was easy to work with, listened to what we wanted, made good suggestions, was flexible and finished the job in a timely manner. The floors look great and the price was reasonable.

Anthony and Team Make Ready weâ re professional, on time, and easy to work with. They were very efficient and experienced with coop renovation requirements. Everything doc was ready to go so quickly. They did my floor, painting (walls and kitchen cabinets), shelf installation, and other cosmetic work. Cesar and George were so nice and did an amazing job. Anthony and his crew are very professional, efficient and punctual. I hired Anthony and his team at Make Ready NYC to paint my apartment. Anthony was responsive and helpful. His team was extremely professional and their work was top notch. Their pricing was very reasonable. I am very happy with the results.

The team demonstrated respect for me and my home. They came on time(even earlier). They prepared their work area to prevent any damage to my walls,ceramic tiles. After they completed the job, they cleaned up beautifully. They were very professional and demonstrates knowledge of the needed expertise to do the job. My favorite aspect was that they followed the COVID 19 regulations with the wearing of face mask, gloves and maintained social distancing even between themselves. They even maintained social distancing when having lunch ! I plan to use their services again to paint my home late summer. I highly recommend "Make Ready NYC" .

Solid work at a steep price.

Make Ready NYC was an absolute lifesaver in a very tight turn-around time between when I closed on my apartment and my move in date. Coops are notoriously difficult to get work approval in a timely manner but Anthony had all of the necessary insurance documentation ready before I even closed on the property, really expediting the approval and work timeline. Make Ready specializes in apartment turn over so they are the absolute perfect one-stop shop for moving. I had my floors refinished, walls repainted, and some minor electrical work and I am completely thrilled with the results - all at an extremely reasonable price. Anthony was very easy to communicate with, extremely professional, and helpful in guiding a complete novice through the process. I will absolutely be using Make Ready NYC for my next project, and will make sure any friends or family buying in NYC do the same.
