Do not use Madame Paulette under ANY circumstances. They have had my draperies in for cleaning for two months and the only thing they have managed to do (naturally) is charge my credit card their extremely high fee. I have called and emailed many, many times, and on the rare occasions I get a human being on the line (they don't answer their phone and rarely return calls, and never respond to emails), they make promises that they don't fulfill. Today, I was promised that my drapes would be delivered and ensured they were on the truck (after being told, falsely, on May 9 that they would be delivered that day), and not only have the drapes not been delivered, but I understand from my doorman that someone from Madame Paulette came by to "pick something up." This business is a disaster and is in the final death spiral of ever increasing prices and ever decreasing (really zero) customer service. I predict they will be gone within the year. Do not use Madame Paulette under any circumstances.

Phoned and stated I had arranged an online pick-up but wanted to ask question about moth damage. I was told they did not see pick-up so took information over phone for pick-up and my inquiry about repairing moth damaged item. Pick- up never came. Arranged again, never came, came the day after third arranged day. Should've been a signal. Was called for estimate to repair moth damage, I ok'd. Delivery never arrived on arranged day either, nor next, on third. Looked at item saw it was dry cleaned nicely but never repaired at all. I called, was told everyone busy they will call you back. Never. I called again, was told managers are all in meeting. I left a voicemail in manager's mailbox, and my call was never returned. I disputed only that items charge with credit card,but still they never called back. I guess they do so much volume with designers that they can't be bothered with individual clients. Poor, very poor customer service.
Description of Work: Pants, and shirts dry cleaned with one pair of pants repaired, moth damage.

Madame Paulette cleaners completely ruined the blazer. They sent it back to me with large dark stains along the seams and with the nap of the suede irreparably damaged. When I complained, they took the jacket back several times in what they claimed was an effort to fix it. The jacket was sent back each time without improvement in its condition. It is unwearable. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of which they are a member, and they ignored the mediator's attempts to resolve the dispute. They have not refunded he cost of the cleaning which was very high ($175) nor have they offered to compensate me for damaging the jacket. I am planning to take the matter to small claims court.
Description of Work: I took an Akris suede blazer which cost approximately $3,400.00 to Madame Paulette to be dry cleaned. It had been worn approximately 4 times and had never been cleaned before.
