They made sure to take special care in handling our property while installing the light fixture, and cleaned up after finishing their work. We received a number of quotes from other companies, as well as many excuses as to why they couldn't do what we were asking, or why it would cost extra do to this or that. Not only did M@B offer us the best rate, they also got the job done perfectly and simply.
Description of Work: We replaced a very old chandelier with a new light pendant in my living room. There was no junction box, so a small hole was cut in the ceiling and a new junction box was installed. The ceiling is 14 feet high, so a ladder was brought.
