Description of Work: Diagnosed the problem with my computer and charged a reasonable amount for the diagnosis. I didn't have them fix it, because I was able to get Dell it. I wish that their communication was better. They didn't call back when they said they would. I assume they are too busy (maybe with emergencies) to manage the communication,(returning phone calls when they said they would), regarding regular repairs. But each time I called them, they were personable and helpful. And they were reluctant to allow my husband to pick up my computer, since we have different last names, so they protect the computers in this way as well. I would recommend this company with confidence to everyone I know! (and they are already in your database even though your responses to me say they can't fine it!)
