 + -1 moreThey never showed up. I called 3 times - at about the mid-point of their arrival window, towards the end of the window, and after the window had closed. I was transferred to dispatch each time, where I got a voice mail each time. On my fourth try, about an hour after the window had come and gone, I insisted on speaking with a human who said, "oh, we tried to reach you. We have no technicians today. We won't be coming." She did not offer an alternate time or day. Not what I would expect from an Angie's List company.
