+ -1 moreThe air-conditioning system in my building is not well designed. However, Lazar Mechanical provide service and customer care on this system (which they did not manufacture) on an ongoing basis. They service both air-conditioning units in my apartment twice a year and provides troubleshooting when issues arise. They are knowledgeable and responsive, but run up significant costs before seeking approval from the client. Overall, the end product is good, but make sure they clear the costs with you in advance.
