The team was almost unforgiveably late (citing "traffic issues") causing a disruption in my other plans. Upon being notified of same, there was no recompense offered by David. That's the "bad" news, if you can call it that. Now the good news: The team (almost) made up for it by being friendly, professional, and courteous. Even my dog took a shine to them! Whilst a bit more expensive than quotedThe mirror is perfectly placed, of high quality and is, simply put: LOVELY. I would most definitely use them agaitiny n the future, and refer them to everyone else. We're moving, and if David's team is prompt that time, I'd give them an A+

They did an absolutely phenomenal job. They have worked twice for me this year. The price was a little bit more than I wanted to spend, but in all fairness to them, they were very responsive and didn't calculate the cost of the brackets. David is absolutely wonderful.

I just dropped into the store I pass everyday on W. 23rd. It is primarily a picture-framing and mirror store, but has a big glass business. I could find no glass and mirrors stores anywhere near my apartment. David, the specialist, was not in, so I was told when to return. David understood what look I wanted for my kitchen and helped me choose the perfect glass (A tinted mirror. He demonstrated how even the dark colored glass I thought I wanted would not work; all the little cracks and bumps in the wall behind would show through. His price seemed very fair (it was so hard to find a glass and mirror person, I didn't even get another estimate). It was installed exactly at the promised time. Because my walls are so crooked, it was a difficult job, but David and his men did it with no complaints, quickly and cleanly. He even offered to change the outlets and outlet covers from white to something that matched the mirror. Unfortunately, I didn't bother to call him and the handyman who put it in screwed one outlet cover in so tightly, he cracked the glass. A framed photo now hangs over the crack.If I had listened to David, it wouldn't have happened. David is very busy, so sometimes it takes a couple of days for him to get back to you, but when he promises something, he comes through.
