Hired Kamcrest to help install a home network and set up audio/visual systems. Consulted with Amit (owner) who came over personally to go over the project and make recommendations. Amit and his team installed network complete with Cat wiring, switches and an Eero mesh system. Our wifi and home network are working flawlessly with great signal coverage in our 2000sq ft apartment. His team also hung our two OLED TVâ s with Apple 4k, and concealed all the speaker wiring. I was skeptical of his recommendation for the Apple 4k, but the picture quality and the way it integrates with all of our other Apple devices is truly great. However, the reason why iâ m writing this review is to discuss the customer service experience. About 2 weeks after the installation, some of the wiring for the speakers became unsecured and damaged the paint on the wall. Amit and his crew came over, resecured the wiring, repaired and repainted everything to perfection. Great customer service is hard to find these days - but these guys went above and beyond. Iâ m so happy i had Kamcrest help with our networking and AV setup. They are knowledgable and professional and i recommend them highly. Victor M.

I had a great experience with Kamcrest. They are responsive and knowledgeable about everything A/V and home automation. They were able to make suggestions and recommendations for speakers and smart switches, their recommendations were actually cheaper than what I would have gone with otherwise. Not only did they complete the task I hired them for quickly and professionally, they also made sure my internet was running optimally, rewired the ethernet so I could hard wire my TV brought me better HDMI cords because the ones I had were outdated and I didn't know.

They arrived quickly and solved the problem expeditiously.

Home Advisor offered more than a dozen audio/visual home theater services. They all sent texts and telephone messages within 2 hours. How was I going to decide? It was my first time using HA. I noticed that Kamcrest received an overall 4.8 rating out of 5.0. This caught my eye has one of the highest. Amit is the owner of Kamcrest and I was happy to learn that he was based in Manhattan where I live while many others were not. We spoke for 20 minutes and I felt comfortable with his knowledge and understanding of my project. I also performed my due diligence on his background. All was clear. Here's my project: Add a sound bar and sub woofer to my new LG CX 55" OLED 4K SMART TV. Most new TVs are so thin that the sound is not as pure as the picture quality. Amit sent one of his best technicians, Jessie , to my apartment. In the time to complete the installation of the sound bar on top of the TV, Jessie was the ultimate professional where the bar was located in perfect proportion to the tv and all wiring was completely hidden. I congratulated Jessie on his beautiful work where I was 100% satisfied. All trash was hauled away. I immediately watched a movie and listened to the new sounds and felt as if I was sitting in a movie theater. I would heartily recommend Kamcrest for anyone who may need their services. I now see for myself why their quality ratings are so high. It was a job well done.

Amit and his team provided great service from start to finish. Amit came out and reviewed my requirements, designed a solution including running new coax and Ethernet wires through my house, and setting up the new network. I now have great service WiFi throughout my house in addition to having hardwired connection for devices that need more stable connections. I’m very happy with the work that was done and would definitely recommend Kamcrest to friends and family in the future!

The CEO was very good about counseling my wife and I through our options which was very helpful. Was also glad to close out the install over a 2-day period. Gave us an opportunity to settle in with the new hardware and software. It was also very good to close out open items. In addition, they went out of their way to provide updated speakers and wiring.Overall, a very good experience. Although not cheap, I would definitely recommend them.

Reliable Capable Amiable

Amit and his team are amazing. He installed a home entertainment system in our NYC apartment and he did a flawless job, was very flexible as we needed to space out the installment due to issues with our renovation project and provided the best customer service out there. He is highly professionally, competitively priced and also just a really nice guy. I can't recommend him enough and will always use him in the future.

These guys were all amazing. Amit blew my mind with his knowledge of home theater audio and video and they also set us up with a great mic system. They even went above and beyond when our old equipment gave way. Was very impressed when Amit found a way to save us money and yet still keep the quality. That was a true indication of their values. Just a super company. Would recommend them in an instant.
