Responding immediately ON A HOLIDAY (Columbus Day), Karl came by and fixed the problem - cleaned the basement after performing the repair and also noticed a leak near the furnace - fixed that and (unasked) cleaned the chimney to the furnace and also tested the furnace making my home Winter-ready. This company is chelsea, NY based and does excellent local work. Thank Karl!
Description of Work: Emergency in basement - septic leak (Eeeew!) Karl came by and fixed the problem - cleaned the basement after performing the repair and also noticed a leak near the furnace - fixed that and (unasked) clean the chimney to the furnace and tested the furnace. This is a family owned firm and I started using his father and now I use Karl regularly. I have never had a bad experience with any work they’ve done. I have an old building in the middle of Manhattan. They are on the spot! He once drove out during a blizzard to service an emergency of mine. They have been wonderful.
Description of Work: He had to make a fix on my gas fueled boiler.

THIS A GOOD AND HONEST COMPANY. THEY ARE A LITTLE ON THE HIGH END IN PRICE, BUT THEY DO VERY GOOD WORK. THEY ALSO WILL FOLLOW-UP ON THEIR WORK IF A PROBLEM DOES DEVELOP AFTER THE JOB IS COMPLETED.
Description of Work: THIS COMPANY CAME OUT AND WORKED ON MY FURNACE. THEY REPLACED SOME VALVES. THEY ALSO CHECKED OUT THE HOT WATER HEATER, WHICH USES THE FURNACE. THEY CHECKED OUT THE FURNACE FITTINGS.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND GOT THE JOB DONE IN A FAIR AMOUNT OF TIME. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND COURTEOUS. THEY SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT THEM.
