Had two other companies come out to repair my roof, one of them did not complete the job the others work failed and the roof shingles all blew off again. Contacted Milton after seeing the great work he did on my neighbors home. Milton was fast to respond and got the job done quickly and his work has stood up to further high wind storms! Would use his and have used him since great company.

I was very upset and nervous when I purchased my new home and found multiple issues that were not found prior. I had heard of Milton of JPM from a friend who had used them prior. I called in the evening and he agreed to come look at the issues the very next day! Milton arrived and was very friendly and offered to take off his shoes! He provided a quick overview of the work needed and offered up a fair estimate within the next few hours. The work was done within the same week of the estimate and you can tell they took the time to get it right. I am planning on using JPM for any other issues I may need in the future including a new roof.

Excellent, JPM did an awesome job on my roof, a job they said would take approximately 2 days, they did it in 1 day which made me decide to hire them for the other work I needed done.

Milton did an excellent job in locating roof leak and replacing chimney flashing and installing new shingles around chimney. He also water tested before and after repair.. we waited for snow and rain to make sure there is no leak. He then replaced damaged Sheetrock in the ceiling and repainted it. He was very pleasant to work with and also gave a guarantee on his work
