Overall he was fantastic! super clean, they put down several drop cloths from the door to the fireplace being cleaned, they brushed the chimney from bottom all the way up to the top (I watched them, they cleaned it from the bottom) They had their arms all the way up in the chimney! I don't think anyone has been that deep up into my chimney... Ever! I can honestly say i've never delt with another chimney guy that so nice and so helpful and explained the reasons I have the problems i do and suggested the fixes he did. I will never have my chimney cleaned by anyone else, he got himself a customer for life!! Such a nice helpful guy and best of all no mess for me to clean up when they left.
Description of Work: Called him in for a post season fire place cleaning to avoid that smokey smell for the humid summer days.
