 + -1 moreThey charged $100 to measure the window for a shade to be fitted for it. I choose a fabric that was one of their blackout options. An installer came to put the shade up, but it was clear immediately that it wasn't a blackout shade. I called Janovic to fix it, but the guy they sent out said that a roller shade will never work as a blackout shade. He said I should have bought drapes instead. I had been very clear that the product I was looking for was to blackout a room. I had asked about honeycomb shades but the salesman steered me toward the roller shade and said that would be my best option. I mistakenly trusted him and am now out $450 and still need to find an option that will work for my very sunny bedroom.

 + -1 moreVery disappointed. Quality of workmanship was poor. Upholsterer replaced cushions with cheap foam that lost it's shape in a couple of months.
