Over the phone I explained my need, she requested email photos of the work needed, promptly,then called back with pricing and pickup and delivery arrangements. She never oversold me on "additional work" and also arranged at my request a delayed delivery date. She understood exactly what I wanted in restoring my two tables to their original state. She and her assistants did a superb job. And I like enormously the fact that she restored two pieces I had bought initially on Bleecker Street a number of years ago--and thus she, who lives in the neighborhood as I do, has helped conserve a genuine part of the Village environment and culture.

I'd gotten three bids for this project. When Jane came, she had more knowledge than anyone else and I followed her recommendation, which was less expensive and made the most sense. She did an excellent job with my table and was also able to re-guild a tier of my chandelier that had been damaged. I highly recommend her.

The work was perfect! Jane refinished and repaired my dining room table after my puppy chewed and destroyed the corner. Jane is the ultimate professional and so pleasant to work with, her response time to emails is almost immediate! I would recommend her unconditionally!

Jane was great. She came to my apartment to see what the problem was (stain on a center table) and tried something to fix it and it worked inmediatly!!! She definitely know's what she's doing.

Jane is honest and talented

SHe did a great job repairing the broken off leg on my antique chest and replacing some missing veneer. She even noticed and repaired an additional blemish in the finish on the side of the piece. Highly professional and friendly service. Now looking around to see what else I can get her to help with. Would recommend to others for sure.
