Good initial experience and impression. Fair on-site bid. Complete breakdown of communication and reliability as soon as they walked out the door after the initial estimate. I hate being lied to by contractors and given the run around by them.
Description of Work: The company sent Xavier and his father to look at the job and they gave me an estimate on the spot with a promise to send a written proposal within a few days. After a number of days had gone by with no contact I reached out to them and they again promised a prompt delivery of paperwork. Almost a week went by and they showed up at my door with the original paperwork I gave them with nothing filled out and handed it back to me as if I would be able to give that to my managment. After a number more days it turned out that they didn't really have insurance to cover the job as they had claimed and "there was a problem" with their company. They promised once again to get the paperwork in order but never delivered a real estimate or insurance paperwork.
