+ -1 moreTheir service is terrible. All of their employees have such thick accents that it is very difficult to understand them. I would advise anyone to never use this company. THEY ARE THE WORST!
Description of Work: They were supposed to refund my $279,99 since January 2. On January 23 I received a partial refund of $169.99. I have calling them ever since to get the balance back. Every time I call they tell you to wait 5 to 7 business days for the refund. As of today I still haven't gotten the refund and after calling again, was told to wait until next week.

+ -1 moreThey did not install the program as they stated they would. I now have a virus a week later on my computer. I would not recommend using this company.
Description of Work: They were to install Mcafee Anti Virus onto my computer.
