Integral Movers did not perform the service we had agreed upon. Instead, they left me high and dry. Since they did not show up to pick up my belongings on the specified date, and since I had to be out of my apartment on that date, I was forced to scramble to rent a Uhaul truck, move an entire 1 Bedroom apartment into the truck, drive it to New York City, find a Public Storage facility, and move everything into the facility all by myself. I couldn't imagine a worse situation than the one Integral Moving put me in and would recommend avoiding the company like the plague.
Description of Work: I contracted with Integral Moving to assist with my move from upstate New York to the New York City area. The company agreed to pick up my belongings in Ithaca on May 31st, store them in their storage facilities for 2 months, then drop them off on August 1st at my new Apartment. The company never showed up on May 31st and said they could not pick up my belongings for a few days. This was not an acceptable alternative. I ended up not using their services.
