HORIZON MOVING INC

General information was requested. As of now, we have not yet engaged a provider of services. We are still researching options. I have tried numerous times to reach back out the provider at the number he has posted below, but have received a busy signal every time.

I Avi the owner of Horizon moving has definatly exceeded our expectations, We were looking for a moving company and got a recomendation from a friend who used Horizon Moving, so I called them up and set up a date for the move. Once we closed on our house which took forever, since we had to postpone the move several times but every time we set up a new date there was no problem or complaint from Horizon Moving. Our building requires insurance to be submitted so all the documents were sent to the management company. Finally we had a date Avi said we will be there by 9am, the track was parked in front of our house by 8am all ready to go. We did some of our own packing but when Avi shoed up he said to my wife you can go have coffee and we will take care of everything and they did. They came like a storm with 5 or 6 guys took apart beds (and asambled them back in the new place) packed all the kitchen. I think it must have taken me 3-4 days to pack everything. They came at 9am by 12pm they were on the way to the new place. Each box was marked kitchen, bedroom, kids room and when we came to the new place all I had to do is show them which room to put it in. The slogan of the company is Stress Free Move I would say that moving was the easiest part of my move so far. I would use them anytime again and recommend them to all our friend.

It went fine. They ended up being very expensive. So I didn't end up using them. They were very professional. I’m sure they would have done a great job but I think it was like double the cost of the company I ended up going with. They were on time. They came out and give an in person quote which some companies don’t do.

It was fantastic. Avi came to our apartment the day after we called, to take a look and give us an in-person estimate (which is really the only way you should do it when it comes to moving). Everything from the first phone call, to the truck driving away, was straight-forward and very professional. We got the estimate the same day and booked them for the move. They showed up on moving day right on time, and quickly got to work. We were amazed by how quickly they got everything out of the apartment, even the big pieces - the television, the mattress, etc - that needed to be wrapped. The unloading/unpacking on the other end was just as fast. All of the movers were friendly, fast, and didn't complain about the walk-up - they just got the job done. They even provided wardrobe boxes so we didn't have to pack up our closets beforehand (or buy expensive wardrobe boxes). Everything was included in the flat price - there was nothing hidden in there for additional supplies, or time - it was truly the best moving experience we've had.

It was great. Overall took less than 2 hours, way under the estimated time. Effecient and comprehensive. Also Avi was very nice and personable

Horizon Moving was great from start to finish. First, I work late and needed someone to come estimate the move after 7:00 pm. Avi came the same night at 8:00 pm. He was very polite and friendly to my children. His estimate was fair for the amount of stuff we have. He and his crew showed up early to prepare the truck, dollies and boxes, and were ready to go as soon as the buidling manager allowed. They were very efficient right from the start. They never stopped moving for a second. They were all very professional, worked very well together and were also very calm and quiet. They nicely wrapped all furniture and finished packing some remaining items. From my past several experiences moving, I had expected to pay a little more than the estimate, for extra boxes and packing, etc. But at the end of the job, the price was exactly per the estimate. I was extremely satisfied with their service. And I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future.

I have never been compelled to write a review for anything, but these guys were so nice that I decided to write a review for them! I spoke on the phone to Avi, who was extremely professional and nice, offered to come to my apartment right away, in order to give me an estimate. There were no other hidden fees at the end of my move, so his estimate was exactly accurate. We scheduled the move for 9am. On the day of my move, Avi and one other person were outside my apartment with all their equipment already in the hallway, waiting for it to be exactly 9am to ring my doorbell. They were extremely efficient, handled everything with care, helped me pack a few extra items that I didn't know how to pack, took apart my bed frame which couldn't go through the door and even brought the food from my refrigerator without breaking an egg. They put everything back together at my new place, arranged the large furniture pieces so I wouldn't have to move them later, and were completely done with everything in less than 4 hours. I am extremely happy with my move, couldn't have asked for anything more, I recommend them very highly and will definitely use them for my next move!
