I thought that they were way over priced. They were very nice and everything but I would not pay that much at all. I did not hire them due to their price. It was not the company or the workers at all.
Description of Work: I had gotten a quote from Horizon for four large simple solar shades with remotes.

Installation went badly because installers tried to leave before we had a chance to fully inspect the work. As a result several stained shades had to be replaced. The company demanded payment before job was satisfactorily completed and installers had a very abusive attitude. We would never use this company again.
Description of Work: Had remote control shades installed throughout apartment.

I THINK THEY ARE AN AVERAGE COMPANY. I DIDN'T THINK IT WAS FABULOUS WORK. THEIR PRODUCT IS INFERIOR, MEANING IT WAS NOT TOP QUALITY. I THINK THEY COULD HAVE BETTER PRODUCTS AND MORE PROFESSIONAL INSTALLERS.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED NEW BLINDS AND DRAPES THROUGHOUT THE APARTMENT.
