He was responsive throughout the process, and would schedule home tours immediately upon request. Never once did I feel pressured to complete a sale, nor did Mateou waver in his support during my yearlong search for the perfect starter home. I would recommend Mateou to anyone who is thinking of buying or selling property in the city. He knows his stuff, and knows how to get things done.

+ -1 moreWorking with Nick and the team at Homedax was great! I sold my apartment quickly, with multiple offers at a PPSF I was very happy with. So much so, we had to justify the price to the appraiser who thought it was higher than it should have been (thankfully Nick successfully did that as well). Next time I need to sell or buy a place, I look forward to working with the Homedax team.
