They were responsive were able to install quickly, followed all covid procedures and I am happily watching my tv with great sound. They stayed to help me with the Sonos app and ensuring that all systems worked correctly. I would highly recommend Mark and Joe for any home entertainment installations.

+ -1 moreI've never had a tech person arrive on time, know exactly what to do, bring all the right equipment (with options), execute it all perfectly and then charge a reasonable amount. Bravo! Totally expert, totally professional, and friendly. A no-brainer for anyone who needs tech work in the home.
Description of Work: TV hang/install, speaker setup, new wi-fi router, fancy (and very complicated!) remote to get all elements working together, etc. ...

At some point after the installation I purchased a new piece of equipment and they returned promptly to update and reprogram my universal remote. The AV equipment continues to work seamlessly and I couldn't be more pleased

+ 0 moreOutstanding work from the entire team at Home Theater Advisors. We inherited a poorly conceived existing home theatre setup with our new apartment. Mark was able to assess the existing setup and come up with a plan to do a complete overhaul. This included running new wires and installing all the new components in a smart central location. From the first visit to the last it was a flawless process. Mark was crystal clear on when things were happening and expertly worked with the co-op and project managers. Mark offered up numerous ideas and solutions that we would have never considered. Top quality work and craftsmanship. Highly recommend!
Description of Work: Ran new wires through walls and ceiling to a central closet location (media closet). Added surround speakers in ceiling, hung three TV's, and programmed the home theatre system to work on single remote system.
