Description of Work: They bid on a new roof. They forced us to sign a contract "to keep the file open" while they answered our questions. They misrepresented that they use employees rather than sub-contractors, and they also did not give us a straight or honest answer about the labor warranty. When we cancelled prior to the deadline, they still went ahead aand charged our Amex for the full roof--not just a deposit, and despite our having canceled the project on time. I was shocked by their lack of honesty.

They were OK. I think the installation could have been more expert. The quality of the doors was good.

The whole team...from sales to installation and follow up were outstanding. I can not praise enough the responsiveness and quality of the work done. We are very happy with all the work that has been done by Home Depot and will continue to use them for projects in the future.

They were terrific and were in and out and left no mess. They did do one little thing though. Their dumpster went over the edge of the driveway, but they repaired it. Other than that, they did a great job.

HOME DEPOT DID A PRETTY GOOD JOB OF PUTTING MY NEW DOOR UP. I HAVE HAD THEM COME BACK OUT A FEW TIMES TO MAKE ADJUSTMENTS, BUT NOW IT IS FINE. THE WORKERS CLEANED UP THE AREA AFTER THEY WERE FINISHED.

THEY MEASURED THE WRONG DOOR TWICE. ONCE THEY WERE DONE AND GONE WE NOTICED THAT THE DOOR DOES NOT OPEN AND CLOSE RIGHT. WE HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET THEM BACK OUT TO FIX IT. WE DO NOT CONSIDER THEM TO BE VERY PROFESSIONAL.
