Tech seemed to know only how to install by the numbers and had excessive problems with 1 thermostat to the point that the AC unit was not working. He spent forever on the phone with someone trying to talk him through and diagnose the problem. We had him reinstall the old thermostat and the AC unit still did not work. Ultimately the tech called the home office who said they would pay for our HVAC servicing company to come out and fix the problem. When we called the HVAC company they suggested that the Tech may have tripped the circuit breaker and sure enough that was the problem. He was never able to install 1 of the thermostats. With respect to the Ring Doorbell he said the existing transformer for our old doorbell was not putting out enough voltage and the transformer he had that works with the Ring Doorbell would not work either which was very strange. When it came to programming the 3 thermostats his knowledge was very sparse and my wife wound up dealing with Nest representative while the tech just either stood around or went outside somewhere. This was suppose to be a simple turn key installation that turned out to be a nightmare. I don't know where this company gets its Tech people from but clearly they are not vetted or trained very well. I hired them because of the high rating on Angie's list and the recommendation of Nest but clearly they sent someone who did not have the requisite expertise.

It didn't go well. He wasn't able to hang my bike and just ended up leaving a bunch of holes in my wall. I wouldn't recommend them.
