He has a high hourly rate ($100 per hour) but don't let that put you off, since he is probably two or three times more productive than many who charge less per hour. And he knew what he was doing, using the appropriate fasteners for each item hung, depending on both the item being hung and the material into which he was drilling. He has only one minor flaw: he is a bit thin skinned. When he arrived downstairs and realized I lived in a 5 floor walk up, and on the highest floor at that, he wasn't a happy camper. But he never asked me when we set up the appointment what floor I lived on nor whether it was an elevator building. He should have asked, since I've read another review where this happened with him. So, things were awkward at first but the atmosphere warmed up as time went on. Again, this was a very minor issue. After expressing himself, we moved on and he did an outstanding job. I'm only mentioning this so that the reader knows to tell him up front if he or she lives in an apartment in a walk up building above the first floor.
