Handy.com

Not at all what I expected. Good thing- the company was good with updating me on my coming appt. The cleaner arrived early and was nice. But her work was absolutely disaster. I returned home to find many inconsistencies in the area she supposedly cleaned. She left a whole room uncleaned despite spending 15-20mins in there dilly dallying around. Had the nerve to take the tip I left after doing a horrible job. Floor she "mopped" looked dirty. Just horrible experience. I was referred to Handy.com by a colleague. Never again. No accountability at all. Cleaners name is Kenisha W. if you care to please reprimand her. Horrible unprofessional person. She does not hold your company in any honor and I am canceling my 6 month plan early after 1 use.

I will never contact Angi again for any service of any type. The professional scheduled did not show up and did not call me despite the fact that I was in contact the day before and confirmed. This cleaning was critical for me and I was told I needed 48 hours to reschedule so there was no way to get my cleaning done by the time I needed it.

Do not bother with Angi or Handy.com. I had two bookings for same day, same time, different services. No one showed, no one called to cancel AND they charged me for the services!!
