We installed a new Kraus Granite Composite Kitchen Sink, Faucet, and Disposal to replace an 18 year old SS sink, etc. Handy was the installation contractor for Lowes Hardware that we bought from. Job was difficult because of original granite counter design that included a five inch lip over the sink. Kirk of Handy Services retrofitted the faucet holes and granite lip to accommodate the faucet. He spent three hours on it, with a needed trip to hardware store for parts. All on a late Friday afternoon. Any plumbing project in the future, I will contact Handy and ask for Kirk.

Given that it was her first day on the job she did very well. She arrived early and got straight to work. She was very pleasant. She asked for feedback along the way and was very receptive to suggestions. She will need to learn to work more quickly without sacrificing quality of work and she needs a much better vacuum cleaner.

It went well, except Master Bed Room & bath wasn't cleaned to my liking.

He did not take anything apart on the washing machine. He just assumed it was the cycle knob. He wanted me to order a part for $70. And he said he come back when it comes in two to four weeks. This came out of my account I would like a refund please

Marion did an exceptional job. She worked hard and got everything done to our satisfaction. I want her back for our next cleaning.

It went well. Kyle was able to get a lot of debris from a remodel out of our ducts and dryer vent exhaust tube. This is not industrial grade but Kyle was effective with the equipment he brought. The cost was equal to the service he provided. I would ask Kyle if he can provide industrial grade cleaning because he may have to bring more equipment to be prepared for a higher level of cleaning if desired.

Great both let me know they were on the way, they were both on time. Only thing was there should have been more time for the cleaning. She did great, and offered to stay later, but I decided I really didn’t need the extra mopping with the floor shine, she just did the floor cleaning as per my instructions. Michael was great as well. He replaced one outlet, but when he went to the second one it was working, he said probably when he repaired the first one it fixed the second one, that they were running on the same lines. He was very honest, some people would never have told me and went on and replaced it anyway, he didn’t, he just showed me where it was working. I would use both of them again, and recommend them Five star rating for both Miriam and Michael

Absolutely unacceptable service. 3 hours to wash the bottom half of the walls in one room, a light vacuum in one small bedroom and one bathroom cleaned. It didn't even look like anyone was there, I still had to clean everything myself after.

Angelo was a true professional. He contacted me several times before the scheduled time to make sure he understood just what needed to be done. He arrived promptly, assessed what needed to be done, and then completed the work efficiently. I would definitely hire him again.
