Handy House Cleaning

It was great However, The last time there was a little confusion due to a cancellation. The last time there was to be a credit and they did not give it to me.

Scheduling has been easy and the providers show up on time.

It could be easier to figure out and I have had to pay a $15 fee in the past even if the cleaner has had to reschedule. If the cleaner I like is not available it is hard to reschedule with them directly. The cleaner does a great job I would prefer to have the same person each time. I would like to have that one on one communication to reschedule with them and not have to pay a fee if I don't want to use another cleaner. I am still using the Handy service I just prefer to reschedule with the person I like.

I have used them for a few years . They are great.

The only problem is getting in touch with someone in customer service if there is an issue. I had an emergency and was unable to contact anyone live it had to be through email.

I like that they supply their own cleaning products.

They were easy to schedule and showed up on time

The people that did the work were good but Handy's customer service is not good. It is hard to reach anyone and you are charged for re-scheduling. I tried to reach out to them and it was hard to get in touch with anyone. When the service re-schedules on you, there is no credit but a charge to the customer if they do so.

I've had both good and bad experiences with the professionals that they've sent out.

I just wish there was a live customer service agent to speak with when there is an issue.

I have had to change a booking a couple times and what will happen is the option to change future bookings is not available so you wind up having 2 scheduled for that week. It is very inconvenient to use for a reoccurring service . It is also impossible to get in touch with someone for assistance through Handy.

The only issue I had was last minute changes to the person who was coming to do the cleaning. They would say one person was coming but someone different would show up.

I have been using the service for 2 years and we usually have the same cleaner each time. At first the app is a little hard to use but once you get used to it it's fine. We've been happy with the service.

The calendar on the app has been easy to use and the providers have shown up on time.

It's been easy to use. They are quality cleaners and on time. The website is not as user friendly as it should be.

It has been easy to schedule. It is a bit frustrating to get different cleaners all the time though.

It went fine. The first person was ok, but the newest person did great.

The man was very polite, courteous and efficient. He did hos job extremely well and I was very pleased with the service.

The booking is kind of annoying. If you book shorter than two days then the person does not arrive. There is not enough notification. Great if you book a week or more in advance.

I have had a plan going for almost a year. It has always been great. I have only had two issues with a no show. The most recent guy Carlos is exceptional. He is very organized.

First person did not put it together correctly. I called handy and they sent out a second person. They did the job correctly.

The woman that came was on time, excellent and knew what she was doing. There were supposed to be (2) people but the other did not show up.

I was able to re-schedule the work easily. When I re-scheduled, they sent a name and picture of the person who would come. The person that arrived was not them but the person that did the work did a great job.

It went fine. It was easy to book, simple enough. One guy was five minutes late, but texted me to let me know.

The booking was okay. It was very easy.
