Mishavias is great at house cleaning!! She works hard and does an excellent job!! She is very pleasant to have in my home!!

Fixed it by putting in a new starter

Overall a very good job. some spots missed but others cleaned thoroughly. "C" for responsiveness was for YOUR TEAM as I had difficulty contacting you prior to the work in regards to number of staff and how detailed I wanted certain areas done

It went awful professionalism of K girl was very distant and she colored gent with her was extremely polite introduced himself and to top it all off was they were an hour late or so

Fine but I didn’t get pearl. I go to gentlemen. My husband said the did great since I wasn’t home at the time.

Handy cancelled their work twice over the span of two weeks.

Very poorly. I was told I’d have 2 people working for 4 hours and I was told I was being charged for 2. Only 1 came who knew nothing about 2nd person. He ran through the job. Some was done well most of it not and left after 2&1/2 hrs. $162.00 for that amount of time is absurd. I complained immediately and was left disappointed by the response. I would not use Handy again or recommend them. I am most disappointed in Angie’s List

They cancelled twice I did not hire them

I scheduled my deep cleaning between tenants for 9am this morning and got confirmation etc. I got 30 minutes notice this was being rescheduled for 2 days later. That is completely unacceptable and does not help me at all. I need to get this job done today as I have painters coming tomorrow and my new tenants move in the next day. This left me screwed and with another crisis to resolve on my already overflowing plate. My voicemail message for customer service was finally returned after about 45 minutes, but I really needed to speak with someone to resolve this issue immediately, and I couldn't get through on the new booking extension (I got cut off before reaching someone over 5 times even though I was able to get through on that line easily last week 3 times). I've now lost 90 minutes of my day to this problem. I am booking with one of your competitors who I trust will be more reliable and reachable.

It didn’t they canceled me on the day the services were supposed to be done! Mind you I booked the services more then a week in advance and paid upfront! My scheduled move in date was the 28th my appointment was the 27th they wanted to reschedule me to Saturday no phone call no nothing a txt message ! No one from the company thought it would be a good idea to call they only wanted to correspond through emails! Disappointed and angry!! I was at the new house waiting for them so I could let them inside! Terrible I would never recommend them to anyone! Unprofessional at its finest! You would think if you couldn’t make on the scheduled time at least accommodate your customer by saying I can still get it done and change the time nope not this company ⁉️🤬

He was great. Texted me for pictures to make sure he had the right screws and even came early, which was great to get it done. Fast and easily fixed for us on an emergency fix.

great she was great and when she left my house was sparkling she comes every two weeks and I'm glad I found her.

No well, for they never came. I hope I receive all my money back.
