Everything went very well. He was on time, had his mask on, and had the proper tools. He was able to diagnose the issue's right away. For the dishwasher and the washer. I will definitely keep the Handy App in my phone. Already recommended to 2 people.

Layla was very responsive to cleaning requests. She was very friendly and was even nice to my pesky dog! I plan to use her as my regular cleaner.

It was great. Nick knew exactly what needed to be done. Had the faucet installed in 30 minutes and figured out and fixed the shower issue. He noticed our low water pressure and we have made an appointment to have him fix out water pressure. Very happy and will definitely call Caputo’s plumbing again.

Daniel was outstanding in understanding what we need done to our TV system to get it updated and functioning. While extremely courteous, he clearly answered all our questions without technical confusion. Went over the control system to ensure how the system would now operate and walked us through it till we felt comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Mercy was punctual, willing, and sweet. She even helped me to my car with some items I was donating to Good Will. Before she arrived I compiled a lengthy list of the job routine I wanted her to carry out. She followed it to a tee, marking off on the list as she went along; going beyond the list and cleaning a few things I, myself, had overlooked. She cleaned everything thoroughly. Her attention to detail was impressive. My kitchen was literally shining! The few things that I asked her to pay special attention to were immaculate. I feel confident that the wishes of any employer will be honored. I would recommend her to anyone in an instant, given the opportunity.

Unfortunately all of the businesses were closed and we were not able to get the part. But, we are going to reschedule as soon as the parts come in. Really liked his personality and was very prompt on getting things completed.

I did not hear from this company nor did I call them as I had already had someone from Euroclean come to the house and hired them. And it is really annoying to have to spend time reviewing a company you didn't use. Gave them an A overall as I could not send in this message without grading them. Obviously the A does not apply

Couldn't get parts for oven door, so he switched hinges sides. Works nice for now. Dishwasher was checked out wasn't dispensing water properly or soap. He recommended new dishwasher. After all appliances are over 20 Years.

James did a superb job. Flawless. All the seams match the brick joints run through in a visually appealing manner. He took care to make sure that the bricks from one sheet to the other blend well. I am over the moon of the quality of his work. I would trust him in the future with any of my small projects.
