Gerson was punctual, friendly, and helpful He did an outstanding job assembling our kitchen island.

She finished in 2 hours and was scheduled for 3 hours. The bathroom sinks and shower were not cleaned. Very disappointed.

Michael was punctual, easy to work with and did an excellent job removing very heavy and frozen snow. I had two other services let me down at the last minute, taking my booking, even though they actually had no one available in my area. Michael saved the day and made my walkways safe.

Brian showed up early to get a look at what needed to be done. The carpets are original to the house and were showing their age with a number of wrinkles in them causing potential tripping hazards. Brian took a look and came back in with his new stretching tool and took care of my 4 bedroom carpets in about 2.5 hours. He definitely worked up a sweat, but at the end of the job, the carpets are tight and ready for another year. I would definitely use Brian again.

Before Heliana cleaned the apartment, it was supposedly “cleaned.” However it still had dirt everywhere. After Heliana worked there for a few hours, you could see the difference. All the surfaces were wiped clean, the floor was much, much, cleaner than before. It smelled way better than before. She found old items left behind in a cabinet, and threw them out as needed. Also she was very friendly. Heliana kept me informed that she was stuck in traffic due to a huge accident on the highway, which prevented her from showing up on time. That was not her fault in any way. I would hire her again.

Frank was prompt and explained everything that needed to be done. I will need to schedule again for evaluation of the building for problems he noticed while he was here for some minor repairs.

The first company called and told me she would be 10-15 min late! First meeting, I told her not to come. The second company was polite on the phone but they never showed, called, or canceled.
