+ -1 moreI have ordered twice in two years with Hammacher Schlemmer. The first item ordered was discontinued and I had to call to find out it was discontinued and ask for a refund. The second order was made on Dec 19, 2013 and Hammacher Sclemmer provided no reply to my email requesting status. I have been checking the order status almost daily and today a status shows up and it is "backordered" I called the company and the customer service representative told me it will be over a month before Hammacher Schlemmer receives the item and another 3-5 beore it shipped to me.
Description of Work: I ordered an item from Hammacher Schlemmer.

+ -1 moreThey were reliable as far as delivery of the items I requested and good about resolving issues; mainly one item was not in stock and they were pretty good about giving total information on when I would receive the item so they were pretty thorough. I am fairly satisfied with the service I got from them. Their prices are a little high on some things. I would absolutely use them again.
