Description of Work: Sold me replacement large built-in Sub Zero refridgerator. Required a crane to get into the apartment and they recommended crane operator and coordinated with him. The crane installation was flawless. Coordination of the Gringer installer was impressive and made the whole thing much easier (if still expensive).

 + -1 moreWe purchased a KitchenAid refrigerator from them in 2010. They ordered an icemaker for us, which their installer couldn't get to work. It turned out it was the wrong icemaker for this model refrigerator. They ordered the correct one, which required another service call. Gringer sold us an extended warranty through "NSI Protection Plus." We never received a copy of the policy or any other information, and it took multiple phone calls and emails to get the information from Gringer. When we needed service (twice so far), we have found that the repair companies that NSI contracts with have been very poor. Either the companies are hard to reach on the phone, or they claim that no service dates are available. However, if you call these repair companies and want to pay directly for the service (i.e., not under the extended warranty) then suddenly they have service dates available immediately. Seems like a scam. If you shop at Gringer, be warned, and certainly don't buy the "NSI Protection" plan that they push.
