Description of Work: The old lock on our apartment door was sticking and difficult to open. We called and they came first thing the next morning and replaced both our stuck lock and an old one on the same door that we never used. We were very satisfied with their service

Description of Work: We have used Greenwich Locksmiths twice. They provide, high quality service at a fair price. The quality of the work is excellent. We have never had to ask them back to make an adjustment . They offered alternatives, some of which could be less expensive, to what we requested. We've used them to change or adjust the locks on our front door. They are committed to making sure that the job is as close to perfect as possible, even going so far as to make adjustments to how the door closes, in addition to changing the lock.

+ -1 moreThe locks were replaced however one lock jammed 3 months later. When I asked to have it replaced they told me I would have to pay for a new lock. I thought this was poor customer service.

+ -1 moreThe locksmith came at the appointed time and was very civil and very competent. I have no complaints, except the price seemed a bit high to replace some parts of an existing lock. However, the replacement parts are scarce, so maybe the service was not over-priced. It's hard for me to tell, and I was persuaded to use this locksmith company precisely because of their supply of Fox replacement parts.
Description of Work: The locksmith replaced a number of parts of a Fox Police Lock. The Fox company went out of business a few years ago, but Greenwich Locksmith had retained a supply of parts for the Fox police locks.

+ -1 moreI CALLED THEM BECAUSE I COULDN'T GET MY FRONT DOOR UNLOCKED. IT TURNED OUT THAT THE LOCK WAS BROKEN. THEY REPLACED EVERYTHING RIGHT ON THE SPOT AND THEY RESPONDED TO MY CALL RIGHT AWAY. THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THEM.
