They treated the house inside and around the foundation. They said that if we saw the ants again after 14 days (if I recall correctly) to call them and they would return and do a second treatment. We did, and they did. That seemed to take care of the problem. We have them come out every spring because we always get ants coming in when it warms up.

1. Extremely responsive to emails and answered all the questions I had. It took me awhile to decide, yet they were always patient with offering more details. 2. It was cheaper than I thought it would be! 3. Cockroaches have not returned and it's been 8 months. Would definitely hire again and recommend!

I think the amount of favorable reviews on this site and others speak for themselves. They are really great. They are really nice and accomodating. And, they are really fair with their prices. And, the service works!

Service was very good. The only problem is that it only works for a few months and then I have to have them back again which is costly. I do live in a 100 year old building that has not had the kind of attention to maintence that it should have. So I will use them again but with the results lasted longer.

Fortunately not a bed bug was to be found.

They are very thorough and professional. They have come back for follow up exterminationat a maintenance rate. We are glad they do not use toxic sprays, as we have cats. I recommend their services.

Had an unpleasant clothing moth problem, and after doing the recommended drycleaning all clothes, the serviceman sprayed, and placed non-oderous traps. If you have this unfortunate problem, I think you must get professional help.

It was 100 percent effective and was over in about 16 hours.

They did a great job getting rid of our mice, and then we contracted for monthly pest service to keep our other insects under control. They have been great!

Heat treated my home to rid it of bedbugs. Chose the most expensive option because it ultimately was easier in terms of preparation although hardly easy. Kerry was professional and always available to answer questions about house prep and he was truly empathetic. His crew was prompt, professional and successful in completing their task. Hope never to need such services again, but if one has a bedbug problem, use Green Earth Pest Control.

They were great. Their treatment was safe for the cats, too. I was worried about using pesticides in the home, and I felt safe in knowing that we weren't putting ourselves and our pets at risk with Green Earth.

They were pretty neat and clean about how they did it. We've recommended them to a friend of ours who had a similar problem. They were polite and nice people.

If you want to get rid of bed bugs in one shot, in one day, without throwing out clothes, bedding, furniture, books, electronics, then the heat remediation provided by Green Earth is the only way to go. It's very expensive but considering the heating units, fans, electric power generator, and two man team I don't think it could be done for less. One day, no bugs.

We own a four family/four story home. When two tenants reported sitings of roaches, we called Green Earth and treated two apartments. When a few returned, we had them do the whole building, including cellar. They were sensitive to individual tenant's concerns. And, so far, were successful.

They know what they are doing, are very professional, reliable, and responsive.

Went fine. Quickly assessed and told me that there was no problem. Set some traps. No need for follow up. Saved me money and angst from knowledge that I didn't really need an extermination!

About a week before contacting Green Earth, I got a giant "spider bite" on my hand that landed me in the ER. Over the following couple of days and while on prednisolne and antibiotics, I got 3 more large bites on my wrists. I was going crazy thinking I had a massive poisonous mystery bug in my apartment. After reading all of the positive reviews about Green Earth on Angie's List, I decided to contact them to investigate. I had an appointment for a canine inspection within a day (to rule out bed bugs first and foremost), a diagnosis of "a very small bed bug infestation, between 3 and 30 bugs" the day of the inspection (we think a friend of ours that stayed at our place a few months back might have introduced them to our house after spending a night at a crappy hotel), and an appointment for a full extermination within a week. I can't say enough good things about Green Earth! I dealt with Kery, who was amazing and as much a therapist as an extermination professional. He walked me through all of my options, calmed me down, and made everything feel very dealable. Before I had even officially hired them for the extermination, he probably spent 2-3 hours on the phone with me imparting a ton of knowledge and tips, talking about the pros and cons of each method of extermination, and discussing options for future prevention. I can honestly say that I have never experienced better customer service in my life. I'm going to convince the board of my building to use Green Earth for all future pest control needs because they were just that awesome. We ended up exterminating through the heat treatment method, where they heat your whole apartment up over the course of one day to kill all the bugs at once. While we're not currently trying to get pregnant, the thought of bringing in toxic chemicals into our apartment was enough to dissuade us from the traditional method, and heat treatments are completely non-toxic and "green". The prep involved for the heat treatment was very very minimal and took us about 3 hours (unlike the more traditional chemical method which can involve days of preparation, lots of laundry, and living out of plastic for a month). We spent the night of our extermination at a nice hotel, following all of their instructions to prevent recontaminating ourselves, and the next day we had a canine inspection to clear the house. Everything came up roses, and I haven't had a bite since! Treating with heat is significantly more expensive than using chemicals, but to us, the peace of mind it gave us to get it all done in one shot made it worth it, and also not having to take days off of work to prepare for the extermination was very important to us. Before our extermination, I also got my whole building on board to get inspections to make sure that the building as a whole was bug free. It feels so good to know that not only has my problem been resolved (and super swiftly!) but that the chances of us getting reinfected are incredibly low as our building received a clean bill of health. I feel like I'll spend the next year evangelizing about how amazing Green Earth was to work with, and how if you hire true professionals, exterminating bed bugs is far less intimidating than you've probably been lead to believe.

I can't remember much detail. Why are you asking me about work done more than a year and half ago? They exterminated for rats, did a great job.

They were very professional from setting up the appointments through service to billing. We had them out at least 3 teams and everyone they sent was very courteous and thorough. My one complaint is that they did not spend much time thinking about the root of the problem, they simply treated the areas where the roaches were present. We had a new company out recently and they examined every inch of the house to figure out the root of the problem and provide a course of action to eliminate it.
