We had a very good experience with them. We have a contract with them. It seemed to be okay. It was one of those promotional things on Angie's List. It was a satisfactory amount.

The initial visit was $250 and followup visits were $60. They were fantastic. They got rid of the problem and they did it in an environmentally friendly way that was safe for me and my pets. They were very friendly and responsive. The only reason I don't continue to use them is because they got rid of the problem. They were a little pricey. I would definitely use them again.

Showed up on time. Did the assigned task. No issues whatsoever with this vendor.

They did a pretty good job. I never had any infestation. No real issues. They were pretty prompt, on time and they were right within the price quote. I would recommend them. They were on the higher end of price but they did good quality work.

They did a very good job. They were very prompt and they gave a kind of guarantee if the insects come in again. But, I do not remember if they said that they would charge little or nothing at all.

The guy worked for five hours and he did a thorough job. He took his time. He moved everything out on each apartment and looked for every hole. The guarantee was good. I didn't have mice problems anymore. I used two different men and they both were very pleasant.

My sister managed that. This was our first time using them. We made an appointment for a canine inspection, and the person never showed up. So we had to reschedule; the person's car broke down. They ended up fulfilling their next appointment. We decided not to go with them for the bed bug removal, because of the mix up with the canine inspection. They were very apologetic, but we decided not to go with them.

I am good with them. To be honest I am never here when they come but I can say they are very receptive when I call back and say that the service wasn't up to par. They seemed to be very responsive to that. Responsiveness, they were pretty good. When I speak to them I have no issues.

They are topnotch. They do exactly what they say they are going to do. They show up on time. They also don't misrepresent. They will let you know that especially during the summer months and warmer months the bugs can come back and they have you know like a refresher and it is not as much money. Those guys are really on the level and very good at what they do. They are not the cheapest guys in town but I have very ill cats and its more green than any other exterminator that is around. I seemed to have not seen any bugs around so when they come I call them and they do the job. They respond quickly to their calls. They are honest and straightforward. They charge a reasonable rate for what they do and they deliver. They do what they say they are going to do. If I got roaches they are going to be the first people I call.

Great service. Technician arrived on time and was friendly and knowledgeable. Treatment (mostly a gel-based product) was targeted to specific areas. Effective -- have not seen a single ant or cockroach since. Fair price. Would not hesitate to use this service again if the bugs returned.

They were able to be let in by our doorman, so we did not have toi wait for the service person to get there. Work seemed thorough, no bugs for a month or so. Then we found one in the kitchen. They have a relatively low priced follow up service, so they came once again. Bugs now gone for a couple of months. We live in a hundred year old building on the upper west side of Manhattan. I suspect the bugs will be back someday. But I will automatically call Green Earth. They are pleasant to deal with and do a good job at a reasonable price. They were efficient, thorough and I never saw another critter. The poisons used were very specific to the locales -- no spraying all over, just targeted poison and various entry and transit points closed off.

It worked. The provider was friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, when he moved the oven/stove the tile floor was damaged. We cannot get it repaired without taking out the entire floor.

After a sudden and massive appearance of insect bites, I worried about bedbugs?a nightmare I experienced a few years ago after staying one night in a hotel in Vermont. I was dreading the cleaning and prepwork involved with treatment. The bite pattern this time was not quite the same as previously, so I asked for a canine inspection to make sure. I was very relieved that an appointment was available the next day, and the prep work was minor. I was not there for the inspection, but my husband said it was brief, thorough, interesting and best of all, resulted in no finding of bedbugs. As it turned out, I had (still have) chigger bites from working in a friend's garden (and poison ivy as well!). It took a full day and a half for my skin to have any reaction to the exposure. Although my husband knew the inspection results, Green Earth left me a phone message the same day confirming that none were found, an incredible relief that will still cheer me until the last chigger bite stops itching.

They used organically safe products at the owners request as well as mousetraps.

This is my first-ever website review (for anything. ever), but the folks at Green Earth were so responsive and service-oriented that I felt compelled to heartily endorse them here (after having spent a long time combing through Angie's List reviews, it only made sense to return the favor). Also, they seem to have gotten rid of the hideous sounds of little rodent feet - and for that, they've earned my eternal gratitude. From the moment I called, they took the time to ask questions about the scope of the problem I was having - and, given that some of my issues stem from living in a connected rowhouse in Bklyn - I appreciated that they were honest about what they thought they could and couldn't address. It isn't an overstatement to say that it felt like they were thinking with me about how to solve the problem vs. simply scheduling a service call. The technician (I think his name was Peter) who came to my house was fantastic - prompt, thorough, took the time to explain what he was doing, asked questions that helped him target his work/focus. From beginning to end, they provided some of the best, most thoughtful customer service that I've witnessed. And most importantly, so far (10 days later) the service call seems to have worked. The sound of scurrying is - amazingly, happily - GONE.

They came out very quickly. In fact, they came out on a snowy day. That did not keep them from doing their work.
