Description of Work: They used thermal heat to eliminate all traces of bed bugs. It was completely effective. They were punctual, friendly, professional invert way. We hope we never have to use them again, but would not hesitate to go back to them if necessary. Used them because of a recommendation, and did not price compare elsewhere.

Description of Work: Exterminate a studio apartment in a high rise building. The last tenant let the cockroach problem persist. The new tenant is super clean and hates roaches. The problem was solved and I followed the company's recommendation to seal all cracks (which I did), and now, problem solved.

Description of Work: Bed Bug remediation. Too soon to make determination as treatment was completed yesterday 12/16/14.

Description of Work: House with three floors was treated using heat to remove bedbugs, also treated attached house as well as mine chemically to remove bedbugs. | | |Our bedbug infestation was an ordeal that lasted several months due to us having to deal with neighbors who used a substandard exterminator to remove their problem when it first occured ( we were inspected at the time that they first realized they had an infestation and came up clean but since the problem wasn't eradicated the bedbugs made their way next door to us. The only way to eradicate it was to treat both houses which our neighbors were not willing to do, so we had to pay for their canine inspection and chemical treatment). Kery at Green Earth is seriously part therapist and helped us navigate this delicate,frustrating expereince to a positive conclusion. | |When I first realized we have a problem I went to Angies's List for a recommendation since I knew an exterminator that is highly recommended and professional was the only way to go with bedbugs since it needs to be dealt with carefully and thoroughly or the treatment will not work. Every person on the Green Earth staff that I dealt with was courteous, prompt,thorough and honest. Cannot recommend them enough! A+

Description of Work: Professional experience start to finish. Started by asking me to take a picture of the pest to ensure the right treatment is provided. The process in my apartment was thorough, and we have not had any issues or resurfacing of pests 1+ month later. Would highly recommend Green Earth to anyone who wants the job done properly the first time with a professional organization.

Description of Work: They installed bait modules for termites in our back yard, and periodically came to check to see if there had been any activity. They were supposed to phone before coming, but seldom did. And we almost never saw the same workers twice. Services seemed more perfunctory than professional.

Description of Work: Called for roach problem. After two visits problem was the same. The "F" for professionalism was given because the technician that came for the second visit actually freaked out when he saw the roaches emerge after he had applied the treatment. He was yelling and jumping around saying that he couldn't handle seeing the roaches and basically ran out of the apartment saying that he couldn't handle it.
